Community Input Meeting

The meeting was opened by Chairperson Suzanne Shaver at 7:00 p.m.
Members present: Suzanne Shaver (Chairperson), Carole Duclos (Treasurer),
Linda Gordon, Margo Lemieux and Andrea Micheli.
Guests included: Judith O'Brien — Robinson School
Georgette Cote — Mansfield Music & Arts Society
Julie Sharrock — Artful Hands Quilt Guild
Suzan Wentworth —Artful Hands Quilt Guild
I. Introductory Activities.
A. Sign in sheet was attended by Andrea Micheli
B. Guests were welcomed by Margo Lemieux
C. Hand-outs that were distributed:
1. Explanation of Criteria
2. Membership Information
3. General Cultural Council Information
4. List of 1996-1997 Allocations
II. Chairperson Suzanne Shaver greeted everyone and introduced the
Mansfield Cultural Council members.
III. Suzanne Shaver provided general information about the Cultural Council.
IV. The criteria used in the selection process was reviewed.
V. Potential applicants were familiarized with the application form. Examples
of successful applications were provided.
VI. The list of allocations for 1996-1997 was presented by Carole Duclos.
VII. Community was given an opportunity to give feedback about previously
funded programs and suggestion for future programs and projects.
VIII. Time was allotted for comments and questions. Also, individual help was
available for applicants.
IX. Suzanne Shaver thanked everyone for coming and the meeting was
adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
