Those present: Chairperson Suzanne Shaver, Carole Duclos, Linda Gordon,
Margo
Lemieux and Andrea Micheli.
A. Greeting and Introductory Remarks
B. List of 1997/1998 Funding Recipients was distributed
1. All local recommendations were accepted by the state council.
2. Reimbursement Phase discussed.
3. Requests for extensions due to scheduling difficulties for MHS
and QMS.
C. MMAS Arts Festival — Saturday, September 26 1998
1. Schedule of attendance at booth.
D. September In -Put Meeting
1. Will be held September 28, 1998.
2. Will keep to usual procedure.
E. Renewals
1. No new renewals due at this time.
2. Members leaving: Suzanne Shaver, Margo Lemieux, and
Marilyn Healey.
3. Letters of Resignation: June Caldwell and Linda Gordon
accepted.
4. New chairperson and secretary required for 1998/1999.
F. Recruitment
1. Thirteen letters/information packets sent to potential new
members.
2. Packets include: Letter of Introduction, Member Information
and a current list of recipients.
G. Adjournment
