Those present: Carolyn Conway*, Diane Giordano*, Dianne Scarchilli*, Andrea Micheli,
Carole Duclos, Suzanne Shaver
*New Members
New members were given written information about the council, our guidelines and
previous successful candidates and these items were discussed. Suzanne explained the
MCC to the new members, the funding process, the funding cycle, the state requirements
and what our local criteria is for funding projects.
We reviewed the local cultural council application form. Suzanne handed out (filled in)
applications from previous funding cycles as examples for our new members.
We discussed attending a meeting in Easton for LCC basic training and new members and
new chairpersons expressed interest in attending.
