MANSFIELD CULTURAL COUNCIL - INPUT MEETING
In Attendance:
Andrea Micheli
Caroline Conway
Diane Giordano
Dianne Scarchilli
Shirley Amoruso
Input 2001 - 2002 Grant Cycle
General Information:
The State has not passed the budget yet; but, we can assume
That it will pass and that we will receive our money.
We will also be receiving $6,800.00 from the Town to distribute
To worthwhile in -town projects.
The next meeting is tentatively set for October 23rd
We would like to advertise it on the cable station as well as articles in the
newspapers.
All applications must be received by October 15'" to apply for
Grants.
Final approval should be on or by December 14'h, 2001.
We are considered a "Streamlined Council". This means that
We need only to send a "Final Approval' letter to all approved
Applications. Along with the letter, a copy of the Credit
Requirements and Reimbursement Form will be sent out.
All approved groups will need to spend their money first. We will
Reimburse them when we receive their receipts and a copy of how
They advertised the MCC.
Current members who will be renewing their terms are Caroline
Conway, Diane Giordano and Dianne Scarchilli.

Reimbursement forms need to be signed by the Treasurer and
One other Council Member.

Notes:
Andrea will make copies of the new guidelines for new
Members. As well as, Reimbursement forms and the
Acknowledgments for the MCC and the Massachusetts
Cultural Council.
Shirley will reserve the Mansfield High School Library
For the October 23rd date (if possible) and post the notice
With the Town Clerk.
Dianne will send out the Press Release to the papers and
Distribute copies of the "minutes of the meeting".

1. To serve the Town of Mansfield's cultural needs.
2. To have an accurate accounting of all funds past, present and
Future.
