Received all applications. Seven are from Mansfield.

Two Reimbursements. Reimbursements can be made impartial payments or
Progress Payments - then Final Payment.
Sent out letters to "out of town" venues. There is no money to fund them.
Mass Cultural Council did NOT send us a template for FY '03 Approval and
Grant list.

Finished the vote and issued all letters of approval. Went over the
Correct; procedures for approvals.
The $1,000.00 originally allocated to the Historical Society was from
Fiscal Year 2000.
MAIL Signed original application with any attachments (no publicity)
To the State. Together with:
I. Attendance; Sheet
2. Disclosure Statement
3. List of Approved Applications
4. Math Work Sheet
5. A copy of the minutes from the input meeting.
WE - Keep a copy of the Approved Applications and a copy of the Approval
Letter.
SEND OUT - Original approval letter and a copy of the reimbursement
Form letter to the Applicant.
**We have the right to give people extensions if needed for reimbursement.
We need $6,550.00 to fill last years obligations.
Interest paid us from January'02 thru September '02 $6.84
We should have "print outs" on all accounts.
