Mansfield Cultural Council
General Business Meeting
7:00p.m. - Town Hall
In attendance:
Dianne 5carchilli,'Shirley Amoruso and Diane Giordano
We opened all of the mail.
We processed two reimbursements.
1 Jordan Jackson Elementary- MEAC for $850.00
2. Uncommon Theatre Co. - $1,000.00
Shirley will write an email to try to get in touch with SAZiccardi @Juno.com
This will be the Yd and final notice for a reimbursement.
Dianne will mail the letters to the newspapers giving notice of the
September 15th, 2003 Public Input Meeting.

We have tentatively set up October 20th, 2003 to review all applications
that were postmarked on or before the October 15th deadline.
