Informal Meeting -Town Hall
No Voting
In Attendance:
Diane Giordano, Chair
Shirley Amoruso, Treasurer
Dianne Scarchilli, Secretary
The meeting opened @ 7:30p.m. Not all of our members could attend.
-We opened our mail and processed the remaining reimbursements.`
-Shirley talked about a meeting that she was able to have with
Mr. D'Agostino about our current needs. As a result, Shirley and
Dianne will meet with Mr. Lou Costa, MI5 Director for Mansfield
Town Hall @ Town Hall @ 7:00p.m. on October 22"d to coordinate
Getting'a PC / Laptop / Printer to be able to perform the State
Tasks of the MCC.
-Sorted out all of the applications.
-Pending the verification of the allotment in our account and our
expenses for a Laptop Computer, we will then process the applications.
Shirley will check to see if the "State" money ($2,640.00) has been put'
Into our account.
