GRANT MEETING

1. Good news - Mr. Louis Costa, MIS Director, has, generously found us a
Laptop computer to use for MCC business. We have a meeting with him @
7:OOp.m. on Wednesday, November 19th @ the Town Hall to get set-up.
The State MCC is now requiring us to file all business on-line.
2. Shirley abstained from voting for the Sister Cities grant proposal.
3. All grant approvals and non -approved decisions have been made.We sent
out 12 letters with reconsideration notices and 16 approvals.
4. Our next meeting for "Reconsideration" will tentatively be held on
December 3rd @ the Town Hall @ 7:30p.m.
