Reconsideration Meeting
7:30p.m. - Town Hall

Carolyn Conway, Shirley Amoruso, Diane Giordano and Dianne Scarchilli

There were no reconsideration's asked for.
Shirley talked with Jana, @ the MCC, about the Internet grant process. We had a
Few questions about the process. We need to input all of the information and do
If correctly.
Now that we have the use of a laptop computer, we are trying to input all of the grant
Information. We are finding this process very time consuming. We still in need
Of a printer hook-up so that we have a hard copy of all grant information that we type.
Shirley talked with Eileen about acquiring a 4 drawer file cabinet for us. (We are out-
growing the 2 drawer and need to store our laptop computer safely.) Our second
Choice is to go to Officeland in Norton and purchase a used one.
Worked on the computer for the remainder of the evening filling in vendors and all
Approved and non -approved grant applicants. Whatever does not get finished tonight
Will be finished on Monday, December 8`h.
