INPUT MEETING

7:00 p.m. The meeting opened with members available to answer any; questions put forth by the general public as
to the filling out of applications or any Cultural Council questions or concerns. No one from the public `
participatedl
8:00 p.m. The Input Meeting was adjourned.
8:05 p.m. An informal meeting of the Council took place.
- Senator Sprague's office phoned to say that we will be getting $2,640.00
- Three reimbursements were processed.
- We received our new password from Daniel Kertzner for the new application process.
- We updated the bill payment authorization form for B. Kearney.
We area streamline council and we want to continue to be. To that end, we need new members. We are all
actively recruiting new members.
The deadline for applications is October 15th.
Our next meeting will be October 18th @ the Town Hall @ 7:00 p.m. to review the applications.
A tentative meeting date of Wednesday, November 3rd or Monday, November 8th has been set aside for a
Reconsideration Meeting.
