We welcomed two possible new members to our Council
Current Members approved the minutes from the Input Meeting.
We opened and sorted all mail.
The State has given us a total of $2,640.00 to allocate this cycle.
We received thirty-three applications. Twenty-three of which we had
to reject for various reasons. We were able to fund or partially fund
ten applications.
Two reimbursements were processed.
1. MESA for $1,500 - Vendor #2139
2. Sister Cities Project for $500.00
We had to return the Brocton Symphony reimbursement to them
because they did not sign off on the project. ($300.00)
We will be purchasing new supplies and stamps for the next meeting.
The next meeting will be on Wednesday, November 3rd @ 7:00 p.m.
the Town Hall for any reconsideration.
