Previous minutes were accepted.
We filled out the Approved Application forms, made the necessary copies
and mailed out the letters to the lucky recipitants.
Carolyn sent a letter to each board member resigning. She needs to send
a formal letter to the Town Manager.
Dianne was sworn in tonight at the Town Clerks office.
- A possible next meeting date is January 12, 2005 @ 7:00 p.m.
