MINUTES
May 21, 1984
Present: Chairman Seifert, Carpenter, Stearns, Anagnos,
McNatt, Tartufo, Benjamin, and Genatossio
Town Engineer, Joseph Zeneski
1. Meeting called to order at 7:55 P.M.
2. Downtown Grant
Joseph Zeneski informed the committee that almost all the
drawings are completed for the downtown. He is waiting
for the electrical drawings. The drawings are now going
out to bid. They were suppose to open the bids on
June 6, 1984.
3. Date of Next Meeting is Thursday, May 31, 1984, at 7:30 P.M.
at the Mansfield Town Hall.
4. Appointment of New Chairman
Ralph Seifert informed the committee that he became chair-
man when Robert Mangaratti resigned from the committee.
He said he would like to see a new member appointed for
chairman; however, he would like to remain a member of the
committee.
Motion: To appoint Rod Stearns as the new chairman
(Anagnos - Benjamin, all in favor) VOTED
5. Adjournment 8:05 P.M.
