Minutes of Meeting: 10/16/74
Call to Order: 7:40 p.m.
Members Present: Lyman Avery
David Clemmey
John Gilleran
Ronald Montaquila
New Business: 1.Conducted a general review of the September 24, 1974
budget appropriations.
Action:
Need clarification from the Town Manager
concerning carry over accounts and cir. (cash receipts)
accounts.
David Clemmey made a motion to invite the
Town Manager to our next meeting on October 30, 1974
to discuss the above items and also budget pre-
paration (deletion.o� line items).
Vote: 4 Ayes - in favor UNANIMOUS
2. David Clemmey made a motion to submit our 1975-
1976 budget to the Town Manager. This motion was
seconded by Lyman Avery and was unanimously approved
by the committee.
Vote: 4 Ayes
