MINUTES OF MEETING APRIL 12, 1982
The meeting was called to order at 7:43PM at the High School AuditSri-um----
on April 12, 1982 by Chairman Roger Dotson.
Members present: R. Dotson, V. Forte, T. Markt, W. Flannery, J. Houghton
S. Quinn.
Transfer Requests: After d discussion on each requests, the following action
was taken:
#5 $2,186,38 3012-000 Town Counsel Fee Flannery/Markt So Voted
#6 5,000.00* 3012-000 Town Counsel Exp. Flannery/Houghton So Voted
* Original amount requested was $10,000.00. Committee felt that we should
only transfer $5,000.00 at this time and if needed we can transfer balance
at a later date, if justified.
Letter from Superintendent of Schools received April 8, 1982 regarding
the discussion at Town Meeting on April 5, 1982 (Agreement of Proposed
Town Budget)
