Meeting called to order at 7:30 P.M. by Chairman White.

Meeting was called by Chairman White to discuss a letter from the
Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Department of Revenue, Bureau of
Accounts to the Board of Assessors. The essence of the letter is
that $182,080 of the $258,080 Free Cash is unavailable for use by
the Town, therefore, leaving the Town in a deficit free cash position.
The Finance Committee on a motion by R. Dotson/J. Houghton unanimously
voted to wait until the books have been reviewed by the Bureau of
Accounts before further recommendations are made by the Finance
Committee.
There was a motion to adjourn by V. Forte/S. Quinn which
unanimously passed at 8:26 P.M.
