PRESENT: Chairman White, Tom Markt, Joe Houghton, Roger Dotson, Vince
Forte
8:06 P.M. Meeting called to order.
* Transferred funds of $2300.00 to Election & Registration Fees.
Houghton/Forte VOTED: 5-0.
Town Manager explained why he recommends that revenue sharing funds not be
used for appropriations.
1. Use of electric funds to pay for street lights.
2. Adjustments in budget (as explained)
Use of revenue sharing for appropriations takes away from capital improve-
ments. Town Manager requested Finance Committee to support three year
budget proposal.
* MOTION: To support three year proposal concept. Houghton/Markt
VOTED: 5-0.
There being no further business, meeting was adjourned at 9:00 P.M.
