MINUTES OF THE MEETING
APRIL 7, 1983
Present: J. White, R. Dotson, J. Brunelli, S. Quinn, V. Forte,
J. Houghton
The following Transfer Requests were voted on and approved 4-0 with
J. Houghton abstaining.

A letter from the Board of Assessors dated 3/31/83 was read to all
members. The letter stated that $15,000 (1980) and $31,000 (1981)
or a total of $46,000 is available from Overlay Reserve.
Motion was made R. Dotson/V. Forte and passed 6-0 that the Finance
Committee Chairman write a letter to the Town Accountant recommending
the movement of the $46,000 from Overlay Reserve to Overlay Surplus.
Marydee Flynn, a member of the Conservation Commission, was present
to brief the Finance Committee on the Great Woods acquisition.
The meeting adjourned at 10:10 P.M.
