Present: Quinn., Markt,,Dotson„ Fort,, White„ Brunelli
A joint meeting was held with Selectmen and School Committee
concerning a $227„000 deficit in the budget.
After discussing the problem at some length., the SERectmen
suggested that the School Committee absorb 63% of the shott-
age and the Town the other 37%.. The School Committee countered
with a proposal of 55%to 450« At this time Chairman Quinn prop-
osed the Finance Committee's plan of 65% to 35% as the split..
Each committee stood by it's proposal so each group will
separately then meet again jointly in an attempt to agree
fore the Town Meeting«
