1. General discussion of projected short fall in the
Water Dept. of approximately $22,000.
2, Reserve Fund reports $74,000 balance.
3. Request for action #5 (Hepatitis "B") amt of $15,224.00
4. Request for action #4 (Sealer of Weights & Measures)
amt. $600.00.
5. Request for action #6 (Expences for Interview with
Board of Selectmen for Town Manager) amt. $2,149.42
€ ANSWERS -FINANCE COMMITTEE:
3. Request to pay from the Reserve Account was returned
since the Insurance account #5750 has $542,000 current.
If the total account runs short, the Finance Committee
will then cover the short fall by approving the additional
monies from the Reserve Account.
4. Motion by J. Pierce - second by F. Muller approved
unanimously.
6. Move J. Pike second B. Hagg unanimously approved.
