August 6, 1991
Call to Order: 7:30 p.m.
VOTE: Motion made to nominate Phil Smith as Chairperson. Seconded.
Elected unanimously with one member absent.
VOTE: Motion made to nominate Bob Lynch as Secretary. Seconded.
Elected unanimously with one merTber absent.
Discussion ensued on the need for a super override and the fact
that the Selectmen must vote to choose this route. The discussion
then centered on the pros and cons of the teachers' salary deferral
issue and the fact that Finance carrmittee Members should take it
under consideration.
VOTE: Motion made to adjust revenue projections upward by $40,000.
Lbanimously approved with one member absent.
ADJOURN: Nbtion to adjourn at 9:00 p.m.. Seconded. Approved unanimously.
