1- Request for Transfer from Reserve Fund (Bill Madden)
- Repair of Fire truck $50,000
- Factory guestimate $17,500 to extend life or
trade in increase value.
- Price of new truck: $220-450K
"To make available up to $50K for the repair of the Fire Truck"
Motion to approve by Dave; approved 4-0
Motion "If FT can be fixed; FINCOM will not support
new FT. for Sep 9 TM".
Motion to approve by AG; approved 4-1
2- Water & Sewer Enterprise Account
- Definitions needed. Mangiaratti not clear.
- Water commissioner: 69B does not apply.(1938)
What applies? Can we reverse it?(YES) Dave
to follow up.
3- Still awaiting information on water capital account
profile for the next 3 years from Bill Williams.
4- Remained Chris the need of the monthly budget
forecast requested last winter. Must be provided on a
monthly basis.
5 - A draft of the "Capital Improvements Program was
provided by Margie and Gerry. To review next meeting.
