The Committee conducted a general discussion on the overall budget approach.
1, Assignments of areas of responsibility:

Public Safety
Margie McShane & AG
Schools
Frank Del Vecchio
Capital Improvement Program (CIP)
Gerald St. Hilaire
CIP and Enterprise
Charlene L. & Joe C.
DPW
The Town Manager will schedule afternoon meetings covering the above areas. Each
f representative should contact Arlene to formalize dates.
Arlene will publish a list with all meeting to be distributed to all members. Everyone is invited to
attend any meeting.
2. AG to meet with Selectmen to request a written definition on goals for this Budget period.
3. FINCOM requested Town Manager to add warrant on Stabilization account.
4. AG provided School budget overview. Several issues: chapter 70 forecast and additional HIC detailed
list. Another meeting with John Moretti and John D'Agostino scheduled for February 4th.
5. AG to request status on school hire (in this year's budget) of person to work on grants & Medicare
reimbursements.
6. Gerry to analyze capital profile. Report after first CIP meeting. How much in Budget for Capital?
7. AG to request from Richard Boucher a report detailing Outstanding Debt and the impact per year.
8. Next meeting scheduled for Saturday February Ss` from 8 to IOAM. AG to schedule.
