1. The warrant articles will be addressed during meeting on March 2"d at 7PM.
2. Gerry already met with Wastewater. List of issues/recommendations to be issued by next
week. A meting with Water is schedule for this Tuesday at 8PM.
3. On a monthly basis we need to be provided the balances of the Stabilization account and
Reserved Fund.
4. Charlene and Joe met with the DPW. More information will be needed. A list with
issues/recommendations will be issue next week.
5. Dennis met with the Public Safety group. Concern of the wage levels overall. Possibility of a
Salary Study recommendation. Dennis will also provide list with issues/recommendations by
next week.
6. Andy to review Revenue with Financial Team plus need to obtain debt update and detail by
department (as of today) of budget and headcount.
7. Frank on vacation; as soon as possible will continue to develop debt recommendations.
8. Minutes of 2-5 meeting were approved. (5 to 0)
Next meeting scheduled for March 2nd at 7PM. Another meeting is scheduled for March 4 at 9AM. This
meeting will review Lists by area.
