I. General discussion on budget status and FINCOM presentation at Town Meeting.
2. Budget will be updated by Town Manager and presented to us in next meeting.
3. Still at $3,000,000 deficit level.
4. Frank on vacation; as soon as possible will continue to develop debt recommendations.
5. Need Forms status from Gerry, Dennis and Charlene/Joe.
Next meeting scheduled for March 11 at 9AM.
