Minutes of March 11, 2000

1. General discussion on budget status and FINCOM presentation at Town Meeting.
2. Budget detailed to be updated by Town Manager.
3. Still at $3,000,000 deficit level.
4. Frank on vacation; as soon as possible will continue to develop debt recommendations.
5: Need Forms status from Dennis. Based on new numbers will review FINCOM
recommendations.
6. Saturday meetings will be scheduled for April S for Town and April 15 for School.
7. Approved minutes of March 11,2000.
Next meeting scheduled for March 21 at 7:30PM.
