Minutes of meeting of July 11, 1989 were read and accepted
as corrected
voted 6-O
Accepted only quotation from Jamerson Landscaping to
perform added work with respect to the stoning of the rear
bank to conform to the request of the conservation
committee beyond the order of conditions.
voted 6-0
Motion made by EG and seconded by CA to reduce the payment
for MinuteMmn Engineering to $61,463 discussion centered
on the remaining amounts and wether there was enough
monies to complete the work. The only question was the
landscaping.
The committee was questioned by R.Dube a subcontractor of
MAZIetman Engineering and it was stated for the record
that the requisition that was before them was marked as
second request for payment and that this was the only one
they were acting on since the first one was never recieved
by the committee. Mr Dube was ruled out of order and was
told to tate the problem up with the contractor.
Motion by EG and seconded by CA to approve for inclusioo
into We school contract the intergrated communication
System as Voted by the school CoMmittee and shown to the
committee at a previous meeting. This will allow for less
communications items in the furnishing contract or allow
for a morp diverse system in the future.

Bill prosemted by ELI in the amount of $1,448.00 motioned

Bill in the amount, of $3,996 was tabled by JC MU seconded
due to the fact that materials were iocomplete and
