Attendees: HMFH- J. Miller, R. Juusola, C. Traynor
Meeting called to order at 7:32 PM
Voted 6-0 to authorize S. MacCaffrie to sign bills current on
Qualters School renovation.
Reviewed bills for extra services to HMFH from E.J. Flynn which
total approx. $62,000. Bills were withdrawn by HMFH until they
do further research on extent of original scope.
Motion made by AM, seconded by LA, to authorize HMFH to put new
school documents out to bid. VOTED 6-0
Discussed bid schedule presented by HMFH. It was decided to open
file sub -bids on 9/25/90, and general bids on 10/02/90.
Asked HMFH to prepare add alternates for both wings to add
classrooms (.?,°rhea. wing) and a deduct alternate to use asphalt
shingles in lieu of metal roofing.
Next meeting scheduled for August 28, 1990 7:30 PM @ high school
library.
Meeting adjourned at 9:50 PM.
