Meeting called to order at 7:35 PM
Motion made by CC,seconded by CA to put Ed Jameson specifications
to bid for corrective work at library to repair landscaping.
VOTED 3-0
Voted 5-0 to accept meeting minutes dated August 14, 1990.
Reviewed drawings for alternates to new school buildings.( Six
classrooms in each wing and change from metal roofing to asphalt
shingles.) HMFH presented a proposal for $13,200 for additional
services to do this work. Motion made by CA seconded by EG, to
accept proposal not to exceed $15,000. VOTED 5-0.
J` S. MacCaffrie reviewed bills for extra services presented to HMFH
from E.J. Flynn which total approx. $62,000. It'appears that
,$3-$4,000 is legitimate due to added wetlands surveys. HMFH sent
revised bills to E.J. Flynn and is presently waiting for a
response.
Preliminary approval has been received from bond c4is4lo to the
town treasurer.
Based on Dr. Warren's review of plans room B211 should be changed
to a computer lab and more storage room should be added near the
boiler room. VOTED 3-2 against adding more storage room at this
'time.. VOTED 5-0 to change room B211 .to a computer lab.
Next meeting scheduled for September 25, 1990 7:30 PM @ Memorial
Hall.
