Meeting minutes of November 6, 1990 were read and accepted 4-0-1.
Read letter to Robicheau Construction with punchlist and requisition
#4 attached.
Read letter to Joan Cutillo requesting a secretary for the MBC.
Reviewed bill from Baker's Landscaping for remedial work at Town
Library in the amount of $8896. Motion made by FG, seconded by GM,
to pay bill minus 5% retainage to be held for 30 days. Voted 4-0-0.
Reviewed copy of R.W. Granger's signed contract.
Reviewed letter from ConCom Chairman M. Powers to MBC. ConCom would
like four updated sets of drawings once Town Engineer and Planning
board approval is received. S. MacCaffrie stressed that any conver-
sations or dealings with D. Lewis should be confirmed in writing to
ConCom.
Reviewed HMFH agenda dated November 13, 1990.
Reviewed punchlist for QMS renovation and decided to have Robicheau
attend MBC meeting on November 20, 1990.
Next meeting scheduled for November 20, 1990 7:30 PM at High School
Math Lab Room 101.
Meeting adjourned at 9:00 PM.
