Meeting called to order by S. MacCaffrie at 7:35 p.m.
MOTION: Accept minutes of 2/13/91 with amendment to
statement S. MacCaffrie will answer letter to a
concerned citizen not the Fire Dept.
CA/EG Vote: 5-0-1
Financial
MOTION: Pay $5,857.50 to Empire Masonry for Library.
EG/CA Vote: 4-0-0
Burt Cook wants handicap access to Library which will cost $6,984.82.
MOTION: Accept handicap plan as long as there is money for it.
AMENDMENT: Seek "second opinion" pricing.
GM/EG Vote: 4-0-0
MOTION: Pay Robicheau final payment of contract which should
not exceed $129K.
EG/CA Vote: 4-0-1
MOTION: Pay MBC secretary $151 for week ending 2/15/91.
EG/CA Vote: 4-0-0
Correspondence
Letter of February 14, 1991, to HMFH from McPhail enclosing daily field
monitoring reports and compaction testing results.
Letter of February 15, 1991 to A. Frost, R.W.Granger, from R. Juusola, HMFH,
attaching Req. #2 certified in amount of $275,599. Also noting General
Conditions drawn in amount of $51,663 has been reduced to $25,000.
Letter of February 15, 1991 from R.W.Granger to HMFH, R. Juusola, regarding
their attendance at next Building Committee Meeting.
Letter of February 15, 1991 to Griffin Electric from R.W.Granger, A. Frost,
` advising that correspondence regarding Mansfield Elementary Complex be
channeled through R.W.Granger.
Memo of February 14, 1991 from R. Gurek to J. Cutillo advising that bills from
UTS, HMFH, and Granger were approved for payment by the MBC meeting of February
13, 1991.

Memo of February 14, 1991 from R. Gurek to Central Registrar advising
them to post Designer Services in the next printing.
Concrete Inspection Report dated February 14, 1991 that should cover testing
dates of February 4 through March 14.
Letter of February 15; 1991 from R.W.Granger to HMFH, R. Juusola, responding to
their letter of February 7, 1991 and quality of construction of the Mansfield
Elementary Education Complex.
Clerk of Works Report
Plumber has started--sewer/main; electrician --part-time.
Everything is on schedule.
Regarding box culvert --cannot dig in street until April 15, 1991. Alternatives
could be hooking into seal cock --additional building;;bring in water truck.
R.W.Granger and CNS are taking care of rock situation.
Next Meeting
March 13, 1991 at 7:30 p.m., Mansfield High School, Room 101.
