Clerk of Works Report
J. O'Keefe is giving tours of complex on weekends and when there is no on-going
work. To be looked into to make sure if there is an organized situation on
site, such as a tour, that there is a waiver the Town of Mansfield is not held
responsible and Town to be name insured.
New Business
S. MacCaffrie has received two complaints --1) dust control? 2) planting of
trees (this will be done in fall).
R. Gurek presented an issue to Committee regarding retrofitting the heating
system in the High School. Committee is really not involved with this unless
there would be an addition to the building.
