ICD cont'd
The following furniture was exhibited and discussed by ICD.
Kindergarten:
Chairs - ICD felt the polypropylene and chrome best.
Tables - Going with hard plastic, straight leg instead of

chrome rather than powder coating. ICD recommends
brace go into leg. ICD recommends 20% with
adjustable leg.

legs you can use an Allen wrench with.
Teachers Desks - Post -formed top recommended; all steel; box
file, single pedestal. Kindergarten will get a
different desk.

rather than pneumatic.
Multi-purpose Chairs - Polypropylene
Conference Room Chairs - Upholstered
Carrels - Recommended open surface book shelf, tack board,
and to be able to place computer in middle of

Cafeteria Tables - Dr. Warren is looking into a table
that he saw in Connecticut that seats 4-6 childen.

back on the market. MBC advised that if there's a difference in
price of $100 or more then it is worth considering and should
bring samples at one of the MBC meetings.
