MBC members present: S. MacCaffrie, E.

N. Lohrer, ICD
Meeting called to order by Chairman S. MacCaffrie at 7:05 p.m.
Nancy Lohrer advised the following:
Gym equipment has been cut in half.
ICD will update the whole FF&E program at no additional cost to MBC. An
original will be made and MHS will provide additional copies.
Lotus spread sheets will be provided week of 9/23/91 for up-to-date
information.
Baker boards have been eliminated from-.al=assrooms. — -
Specs for the Library will be written generically.
Copiers will be brought to High School week of 9/23/91. Going to State bid.
Stage curtain is going out to bid.
By next meeting, 9/24/91 all equipment will be discussed.
Biggest problem ICD has is organizing spec with sketches (8-1/2 x 11) to
vendors. Everything must be labeled. ICD will assemble performance and bid
bond; will advise where bids are to be controlled and opened; review purchase
orders but not issue. Purchase orders should be issued from MBC or the school
system's Business Office.
