capability to do bondo work.

rear of Library.
Memo to be written advising there are no plans for any additional work.
Letter of 11/22/91 from R.W.Granger to HMFH advising that there has been a
subcontractor Pine Knoll has been awarded the balance of landscaping work at
project.

Proposal request #38 to change pavement from roadway to pedestrian bridge from
bituminous to concrete.
MOTION: Accept proposal to change pavement.

Amendment: Table above.

HMFH feels it would be cheaper to do above on a time and material basis.
MOTION: Do above on a time and material basis.

Motion does not carry.
Proposal request #27 to provide and install steel pipe guard rail to enclose
gas meter and associated piping at building exterior.
Proposal request #37 to paint roof panels and rake/fascia trim of interior
metal roofing.
MOTION: Accept COR #35 for soffit lighting in amount of $1,329.
AM/EG 4-0-1
MOTION: Accept credit of $2,366 for magnetic doors and go back
for labor at a later date.

MOTION: Accept COR #86 for volleyball inserts at price of $1,325.

Motion does not carry.
MOTION: Convert Change Directive to Change Order #38.

MOTION: Accept Proposal Request #39 for 1,988 regarding wiring
in elevator at new complex.

MOTION: Pay J. O'Keefe $1,350 each for periods 11/15/91 and 11/22/91.

Furnishings are out to bid. Site inspection will be 12/5/91 with bid opening
on 12/12/91.
MOTION: Pay ICD $11,115. for services rendered in preparation of bid spec
and installation drawings at new complex.
