The books for the library should be stored in the media
center. All books should be in by the end of July.
The management staff would like to know when the teachers can
move their possessions over to the school. They are in the
process of packing up. The committee feels that the items
cannot be stored randomly in the school and it would be
better to have it stored in the present location until it can
be put into the new classroom. If the classroom assignments
were in place it wouldn't be a problem. The move of the
equipment can take place around the second week of July.
However, the principals may be setting up their offices.
A motion was made to allow the teachers to move their
possessions during the second week of July; the committee
will not be responsible for any damage done by the movers.

The phones in Nancy office will be turned on. Presently,
there is no service to that room.
The laminating machines were larger than anticipated and we
need to order three more carts. The committee approved this
purchase 4-0-0.
The next scheduled meeting is June 9, 1992 at 7:00 p.m. in
room 108. A letter will be sent to the absent members
requesting they attend the meeting.
Respectfully submitted,
Maureen R. Doherty,
Secretary
