The minutes were reviewed and accepted.

The bids for thentackboards are being solicted. The bidders -are
being advised to set up appointments with Bernie Jackson from
"Buildings and Grounds".
The correspondence was read.

The committee discussed the problems with shipments from Valley
Communications. Valley will be scheduling training sessions for
the staff. All items are being inventoried and Bob will report
back to the committee on this matter. A meeting may be set up
with Valley concerning final payment and invoicing.
The sakrete that is required for the installations of the backboards
will be paid for out of the MBC budget.

Evacuation plans and fire man problems were discussed. Bernie will
double check to insure the proper fire equipment is in the kitchen.
Evacuation plans and routes will be tested through the school and the
Fire Dept. The building was built in accordance with the Egress Code.
