Vice -Chairman Barry opened the meeting at 6:OOpm, noting a quorum is present.
Mr. Ahern briefly explained to the Committee that the steel erection company is planning on starting early, about
6:OOam and working until dark, five to six days a week starting next week. This will be allowed on an interim basis
to see how it works out with the neighbors. Mr. Ahern noted that there will be no noise or equipment running
prior to 7:O0am and B:OOam on the weekends.
Mr. Ahern and Mr. Milani briefly discussed the new updated construction schedule and the schedule is now
pushed out another week from the previous update. The Committee is not happy overall with the schedules as
submitted by BBBC whereas they stated previously they would be making up time not adding time. Request BBBC
in for August meeting to discuss in project schedule more detail and what their remediation schedule will be to get
back on track.
Review and Approval of Invoices to Date for the Municipal Complex Projects
Mr. Ahern went through the MBC invoices for the month:
• Comcast — Invoice 8773100560255925 which totals $125.83
• KBA— Invoice 21 which totals $17,784.00
• Weston & Sampson — Invoice 470467 which totals $470.00
• BBBC— Application 7 which totals $1,507,584.00
• Dagle Electric—Application 2 which totals $110,048.00
• HAKS — Invoice MA24-002 which totals $8,647.25
Motion: To approve all invoices presented by Mr. Ahern as of June 29, 2017 totaling $1,644,659.08

Mr. Ahern presented Change Order number 4 in the amount of $764.00. Mr. Ahern briefly explained the change.
Motion: To accept Change Order number 4 (Cook/Epstein) PASSES UNAMINOUS
There was a brief discussion regarding MPD Officer Dave Kerr as the new alternate voting member to fill-in in
Chief Sellon's absence.
Motion: To accept Dave Kerr, Mansfield Police Office as alternate to Chief Sellon (Sellon/Cook) PASSES
UNAMINOUS
Mr. Ahern noted that his assistant can begin preparing MBC's monthly meeting packages for future meetings at
the trailer site. All members present felt this to be a good idea moving forward.
Motion: To adjourn MBC meeting of June 29 at 6:28pm (Cook/Epstein) PASSES UNAMINOUS
