The meeting opened at 7:15 p.m. in room 108 of the Jordan/Jackson School Complex.
Rich informed the Committee that earlier in the day he attended a meeting with Bob Mangiaratti, Town
Counsel, regarding the heating situation at the Jordan/Jackson School. Also in attendance at the meeting
were, Bernie Jackson, Bob Gurek, Bill Williams, Steve MacCaffrie, and Dick Battles - TCI. At the

against R.W. Grangers and Sons, Inc. and HINTER, Inc. for the failure of the unit ventilators. Motion
passed unanimously.

to take legal action. The motion passed unanimously.
The MBC received a letter from Titan Roofing in response to our letter about the Avalanche Guards. It
appears that item is covered under the warranty. Emil will check with Bernie Jackson on this and pursue
it as a warranty item.
A motion was made to request from Bob Gurek an updated financial statement on the
Jordan/Jackson School. The motion passed unanimously.
