The MBC received copies of the draft RFP prepared by Recon Environmental Group.
Bernie Jackson asked the Committee to review this and give their comments at the next
meeting.
The MBC and Keyes Associates discussed the repairs that will be needed on the High
School Roof. Some of the work that is necessary can be covered as a warranty issue. The
warranty work is currently being handled by Bernie Jackson. Some of the work that is
needed will be included in the scope of the project. The extent of the work needed has not
been determined. They discussed the need to determine this and the possibility of doing
infrared testing.
MOTION: To conduct an infrared survey on the roof of Mansfield

Once the survey has been completed then the scope of needed work can be determined.
The survey work was also discussed. The Committee has not received a definite figure on
the land area that makes up the Robinson School Parcel or a lot line determination
between the Jordan/Jackson parcel. The Committee suggested that a lot line be
determined that would separate the two schools. The parcel that the Jordan/Jackson sits
on needs to remain as submitted for that project. Keyes Associates would complete this
and report back to the MBC by Friday, April 28, 1995.
The Conservation Committee will be reviewing the School Projects on May 1, 1995
starting at 8:30PM. Members are welcomed to attend.
The next scheduled meeting of the MBC is May 2, 1995, at 7:00 PM to discuss the
Municipal Projects.
Respectfully submitted,
Maureen R Doherty
