EXECUTIVE SESSION MINIITuQ ,-

The purpose of the executive session was to discuss contract negotiations for the Clerk of
the Works position.
All the members were polled and it was a unanimous decision to enter into executive
session.
The members of the MBC and the Town Manager discussed the employment options for
the clerks position. The committee reviewed the contract for the City of Attleboro, Clerk,
as a proposed draft to use for our clerk contract for the municipal projects.
Employment scenarios were outlined. Holiday ,vacation benefits, Comp costs, and health
insurance are issues that need to be resolved. If he's a town employee what will he cost
us. Our budget is $55,000 to $60,000 per year. Our offer r will be no more than $1150 to
$1200 per week.
The Town Manager will prepare a package and have it reviewed by the Chairman prior
to sending it out to the applicant.
