(Feeley/Carpenter) 4-0-1 (Antoine Abstained) CORRESPONDENCE: • Meeting memo to all members • Certificates of Insurance for Consigli Construction Corp. for West Mansfield Fire Station, Town Hall and Central Fire Station. The MBC discussed this and a request was made to ask Consigli to forward the insurance certificates for the sub contractors which will be working on site. Copies of the Certificates should be forwarded to the Building Inspectors, Town Manager and Town Clerk MOTION: To send a letter to Consigli asking for Certificates oflnsurance for their subcontractors prior to their arrival on site.'(Carpenter/Feeley) 7-0-0. • A letter to Mr. Claude Grosso from M. Young from R. Gurek RE: Chapter 60 Energy Projects. The MBC discussed this and made the following motion: MOTION. • To send a memo to Bob Gurek asking for a status update, a reminder that the electric rates have changes, and suggest that a professional review the RFP and also that the costs of this would not be covered in the Capital Plan School Renovation Projects. • A memo to Chief Sliney from Lt. Sarro, (FYI - MBC) RE: Code Violations at Station 2 - West Mansfield. • A draft memo to R. Hoit from D. Young was reviewed, concerning the outstanding issues with Strekalovsky and Hoit. MUNICIPAL PROJECT UPDATE: The Building Inspectors Office is in the process of reviewing the plans for the West Mansfield Fire Station. They have requested some additional information from the Contractor. The Planning Board will be reviewing the Traffic Study and the parking situation at the proposed site for the new Town Hall. The next scheduled meeting to discuss the municipal projects will be - February 13th. SCHOOL PROJECT UPDATE: The MBC is scheduled to be on the School Committee Agenda, February 6th, to discuss the Capital Plan -School Renovation Projects. Rejspectfidly submitted, ] Maureen R.
