MUNICIPAL PROJECTS:
The MBC discussed the situation with the asbestos pipe found in the vault area of the new Town Hall. A
confirmed price)'has not yet been submitted. There is no other asbestos apparent.
Rigid insulation in the envelope of the building was discussed. The committee reviewed the use of rigid
versus 21/2" rolled.

The colors for the windows, panels and doors were discussed. The consensus of the MBC was to chose
Boysenberry/Dark bronze for the windows and panels with "Mansfield" green for the doors. A color
drawing will be prepared for the committee to review.
The committee discussed the plenum patching which was reviewed by TCI, Inc. and Consigli it will be
patched to match.
Compaction testing will be done at the site of the West Mansfield Fire Station.
SCHOOL PROJECTS:
Chairman Young gave the committee a status report on the proposed article being placed on the warrant
for the school projects.
ELECTIONS:
The MBC held its annual elections. David Young was elected Chair, Larry Carpenter - Clerk. Bill
Antoine will continue to serve as representative to the CIP.
CAPITAL IWROVEMENTS COMMITTEE:
Bill Antoine gave an update of the CII' projects.
