Mansfield discussed the funds and where they would come from Selectman Mahana
stated he would not support the use of Chapter 90 funds.

damage on the roof was vandalism, it should be reported, Chief O'Neill, suggested
that he could take photo's. Send a letter to B. Gurek ask for a location plan of the
roof that shows where the holes are.
Field and Clerk's Report
April 11 through April 19, 1996
The Committee reviewed the Clerk's reports and the testing reports.
Discussed the windows at Park Row. Members Liddick and Carpenter were concerned
over lead times in ordering of materials. The MBC will contact the architect for the status
of the Vista Wall Systems, Window and shop drawings.
The clerk observed that there was a window or two on the first level that had Been
bricked over. The members will review.
A member has been requested to participate in the review of the Chapter 60 Funds for the
energy conversion for the high school. Our member would be as a liaison to coordinate
issues with the construction plans. Member Antoine volunteered to be our representative.
Members Carpenter and Feeley will review the cash flow statements submitted by
Strekalovsky and Hoit.
The MBC will submit to the Police and Fire Chief an emergency notification system for
the Police and Fire Station Projects.
Discussed Police Station update; asked for programming to be reactivated.
The funds available were also discussed. Roger Hoit, Strekalovsky and Hoit, owes a full
analysis for the costs analysis for the overruns of the bids. Chief O'Neill stressed cuts that
would not be acceptable are reduction in the cell block and removal of the male and
t female shower and locker facilities.
Discussed public perception of the status of the building projects.
