There would still be a balance in the contingency allowance to give the allocated amounts to the Police Station and Central Fire Station. MOTION: To approve the request for $8,000 for wiring expense between Town Hall and Memorial Hall. (Liddick/Feeley) 4-0-0 CLERK OF THE WORKS INTERVIEWS: The Committee interviewed Alan Post, Walter Parker, and Richard Moss for the clerk's position. Each applicant gave an overview of himself and his professional accomplishments. The applicants and the committee asked and responded to questions for 45 minutes. MBC Minutes - October 1, 1996 The Committee will be doing background and reference checks on the finalists prior to a decision being made. The Committee reviewed the dedication plaques for the Town Hall and Fire Station. There was discussion concerning the parties to be named on the buildings. On the past projects only the Municipal Building Committee and associate members were listed. The Committee discussed if all individuals ever associated with the projects were to be included on the plaque. It was the consensus of the Committee not to include all past associate members or regular members of the AMC on the plaque. It was their opinion that all had served well in their capacities, but there had been many changes in membership since the beginning of the projects and it was not feasible to include all. Respectfully submitted, Maureen R Doherty - Administrative Secretary Signature of Chair'' MBC Minutes - October 1, 1996 Date of Acceptance - Vote
