MEMBERS PRESENT: Lawrence Carpenter, James Liddick, David Young,
MEMBERS ABSENT: William Antoine, Richard Feeley
The Following invoices were submitted for approval.
Consigh Construction Company - W. Mansfield Fire $101,244.88
(Liddick/Carpenter 2-1-0 ) Carpenter
Consigh Construction Company - Town Hall 102,125.31
(Liddick/Carpenter 3-0-0)
MOTION: To send a letter to the architect requested that the final requisitions
be submitted to the MBC for review prior to the architect's
approval. (Liddick/Carpenter 3-0-0)
MOTION: To accept Richard Brothers quote for the additional work at Town
Hall and to forward this to D. Clifford for implementation.

There was a discussion concerning the budget for FY98. The MBC secretary briefed the members
on the budget meeting. She also brought to their attention that there were inequalities with the rate
of pay among the administrative secretaries. The Chairman will discuss this with the Town
Manager.
