postpone this decision because we need to be sure that the elevator cab will
meet the code requirements for the inclusion of a stretcher.

The size of the cab will be verified and information will be transmitted to the
contractor.
The Municipal Building Committee requested that the school department

There was discussion regarding the removal of excess material and
application of the permit for earth removal.
Mr. MacCaffrie asked about the status of the issues with TCI. The correct
personnel need to be in attendance at the meetings. There have been some
delays in getting; responses to questions. 'Member Young asked about the
status of the RFI's and why we have not answered RFI's that are three
months old. Mr. Parker asked if he could be included in the correspondence

throughout the project would be $1600. This price does not include any
demo work in the existing building vestibule work. (Approximately $1173)

needs to be approved by TCI and formally; submitted to the Fire Department

permit being issued in school.
