Minutes
MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman Liddick, Members Gay, Moore and Young
The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm in Mansfield Town Hall.
Police Station Project:
Briefly discussed receipt of BBC claim for additional costs on Police Station project.
Will discuss in detail with them at next meeting.
Committee adjourned to review the Police Station project. The following items were
noted and will be forwarded to the architect and BBC.
1. Patch walls at chair lift
2. Canteen drain slow
3. Men & women's room corners — poor cornering
4. Men's room at corner — ceiling tile at vents
5. Broken tile — Sargent's Room
6. Splashed paint on storefront
7. MEMA — unit vent needs paint
8. Squad room — patch outlet
9. Public restroom — patch holes in wall
10. Crime lab — set light — crack in ceiling tiles
11. Exterior wall — wall molding is bent
12. Screws in cover plates are missing
13. Booking are lockers unfinished
14. Intake ACT grid damaged
15. Bench at Shower Unit — not installed
