Discussion of adding sidewalk to Wonderworks. J.T. Callahan refused to do work.
The amphitheater work will be traded against miscellaneous work done by J.T. Callahan &
Suburban Middlesex Insulation.
J.T. Callahan putting in Change Orders including 2 protest items - Keyes agreed to allow
valving in the pump lift chamber. Keyes also allowed hardware - Change Order 16.

Ron Ashton was directed to submit monthly revisions for the Qualters Middle School- No
more multiple individual Change Orders.
Discussion regarding Punch List work, Ron Ashton said that he never looked at the MBC
walk through list. Member David Young asked that he do this.
As built drawing 0 & M Manuals are complete. J.T. Callahan will submit a final
requisition minus monetized punch list along with surety bond, lien waivers, within the
next few weeks.
J.T. Callahan to make sure epoxy floors in kitchen to be redone this summer. Need to
coordinate with school department.

Jordan/Jackson Roof - Gale report - Doesn't specifically state what problem is or what
history of Titan Roofs at that time has been.
Send a letter to Town Manager about berry trees @ D.P.W. Town can use at other
projects.
Walter Parker brought up ADA Hardware - plus $15,000 - $21,000.
Recommendation to approve LaFramboise bid for Jordan/Jackson Well - $11,400.
Town Engineer to coordinate work.
