eating area of the cafeteria will be usable. Shipment of the walk-in freezer and cooler is primary
cause of delay. Ship date of units from Florida is expected 8-26-99. Mr. Letendre stated that
once the kitchen equipment is delivered, the kitchen area would be ready to occupy within one
week. Mr. Letendre also noted that the serving line equipment is critical.

lower than ceiling. Scott Leite, Health Inspector has been contacted to review issue for any
potential health concerns.

remain. Mr. May reported that TCI made a change to sketch regarding size of exhaust fan. New
hood is being proposed by TCI. Estimated cost is $8,000.

event scheduled on August 28°i.

commented that JTC has reviewed dates and does not anticipate any problems turning over areas
indicated on the schedule with the exception of the library. Chairman informed Mr. Parker that
the library was not scheduled to be ready for the opening of school. Both the School
Superintendent and Principal are aware of this. Paul Letendre was asked to confirm when
carpeting would be installed at library.
